It’s an excellent product! With hydroflux, our kitchen countertop is so neat now as we could do away all the hot water flasks and water containers! We are pleased with Bryan’s great customer service. It's about a year since I have use hydroflux and I have no issues with the machine or the quality of water at all. Recently I had a power cut and I couldn't find the manual to restore the settings. I contacted Bryan, immediately he was able to help me. Great after-sales service! Keep it up!

After delivering my newborn last Sep, I have been searching for good and reliable filtered water system. Thanks to Bryan's introduction, my family has been drinking hydroflux for the past 10 months, even my little girl loves drinking water!! Great service by Bryan. Prompt follow up on emails (he was prompt even though mine spanned across a few weeks!), patience in staying back to demonstrate the system on a Sunday evening and willingness to talk to my not-very-patient contractor and even coming down to the flat see where the water pipes flow to advise on the best positioning. Not pushy and great product knowledge at his fingertips. Highly recommended.

Great before & after sales service by Bryan. Not pushy like other sales person and only intro u to what u need instead of just wanting u to get the most expensive products. Always prompt on getting back to us on our enquiries. And even help to explain to my ID on how installation are done when my ID insist on having additional water point which will incur additional charges, Bryan helps to contact and explain to her that there’s no need.
Will definitely get intro Bryan to our friends/relatives who are keen on getting.

We faced installation delays due to stocks arriving late -Freight forwarder issue (no fault of Bryan's). I kept calling Bryan for updates and was frustrated due to the delays. But he addressed my concerns professionally. Even after installation, he called to check that everything was good. Very responsible salesperson. Good job Bryan!

Bryan is very responsive, good customer service and follow up. He did a demo and explained the different type of water clarity definition and what/how the filter water can help in health and eczema. However i have yet to install and try out the system.
