IS THIS ALKALINE WATER, AND IS IT SAFE FOR BABIES TO CONSUME?
Yes, and yes! Many of our customers are expectant women or mummies who consume the water themselves, and also make formulas with it for their babies. Our filters are all-natural, with no chemicals added to make the water Alkaline/clean. The pH level of our water is mildly Alkaline, about 8.7.
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE TANKLESS MODELS AND THE MODELS WITH TANKS?
Going tankless has several benefits. Firstly, without a tank, there's little to no contamination within the machine because there's no build up of bacteria and dirt inside the tanks - which means there's no need for extra cleaning to be done. (Plus our H-2300 has a UV LED self-cleaning function!) Secondly, without a tank, there's no constant heating of water, therefore there's less consumption of electricity. We have 2 tankless models (H-2300 & H-750) and 2 tank models (H-850S & H-1675).
HOW WOULD THE INSTALLATION TAKE PLACE?
The installation will depend on the specific design of your home. We usually will advise the installation procedure during the complimentary house visits, or when we have a look at your floor plan or house pictures. Installation is included free-of-charge, which will also include any additional requirements such as trunking and pipe pulling.
DOES THE DISPENSER NEED TO BE PLACED NEAR THE WATER SOURCE?
All our models are direct-pipe in systems, tankless or not. Pipe connection would depend on the design of your home, but the dispenser doesn't necessarily have to be placed near the water source. We will handle the piping for you as part of your installation.
